Rise Above the Blues

I was having a bad week last week (work was tough and finals were pressing) so DaNae dropped this off at my apartment. It was so awesome. It's inspired from the MormonAd "Rise Above the Blues" and I thought it was really cute. Plus, it was tired to a bottle of Powerade, which I am addicted to. Yum! Happy day!

Gift Exchange

So me and the 4 girls next door switched names and bought that person a gift so we wouldn't have to buy gifts for everyone. We sat around the Christmas tree Tuesday, Dec. 9th and Rebecca made German pancakes and we all wore our PJs and pretended like it was Christmas morning. Then we opened gifts.

Momma Shriever's PJ's

The girl's apartment next door has officially adopted me as their roommates. One of the girl's mom made PJs for all of them and me and sent them as Christmas presents. They all turned out so cute! And the best part is, we didn't know about them and the only info her mom had to go on was how Rebecca described us to her. She's good! They are so warm, too. I've needed long PJs (all mine are shorts! eek) Fun pictures! :

Then we got hyper and were goofing off. We discovered a fun thing to do. Hold your camera out in front of you and push the button then throw your camera onto the couch and see what you get a picture of. The goal is to get a picture of yourself. I got pertty close a few times. Take a look at my attempts:
