Midnight Sledding... again

Sooo... last night I'm sitting around the apartment all by myself, sort of getting ready for bed, when someone comes banging on the door. I open it to find Russell and Steve from my ward, and they asked if I wanted to go sledding with them. Random. But I was super excited and went along. They had knocked on two other random girls' doors from another ward, and they came too. I sort of knew one of the girls. Anyway, we went up to Rock Canyon, the big hill right above the temple. We had a tobagan that fit all 5 of us tight, a snowboard, and a tray from the Cannon Center (that Russell stole... yikes). It. Was. Awesome. Seriously one of the funnest things I've done since I've been at BYU. Of course, I did forget my gloves so my hands turned purple and I thought I'd never be able to feel them again, but it was great! I didn't take my camera with me for fear of losing it on the slope, but I got some pics of me when I got home. Don't I look loverly frosted in snow?

The BEST. I loved that kind of crazy spontaneous thing at BYU. As much as I got so sick of the snow after living my whole life in it, I miss moments like that. We used to sled down our street in Provo when John and i were first married (we lived way way up on the mountain above the temple and to the north). Good times.
