Ballroom Dance Showcase

Aaaaaand... the Showcase is finally here! I was so excited to go see Clay and Savannah do their final performances tonight in the ballroom. I got a seat up in the balcony in the front row, right on the side where Clay and Savannah did most of their dancing! So exciting! Videos of their performances are at the bottom. Here are just a couple pictures I took afterward.

So, after all that fun social dancing stuff-- then comes the REALLY good part!

It was so good I wasn't even allowed to video it :( Lame.

We got to see performances by BYU's Ballroom Formation Team, which were amazing and great fun.

But that's not even the best part.

There were also two performances by Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trebunskaya from Dancing with the Stars! (Jonathan danced with Marie Osmond and went to 3rd place). They were guest instructors for this week. They were FANTASTIC!

But THAT'S not even the best part...

By far the best part of the night was seeing Urs Geisenhainer and Agnes Kazmiercsak perform. Their dances were absolutely breathtaking. Their footwork and arm movements are so precise it's insane. They are ranked #21 couple in the WORLD. Just- wow. Picture of them here.
