WW Week 4

Week's loss: 4.4 lbs.
Total loss: 14 lbs.

Low points:
I've been stressed and depressed this week, which led to me eating/munching almost constantly when I was home.  But I still attempted to make good choices in what I ate and how much.
Haven't been eating as much fiber as my body wants.

High points:
Been drinking more water.
Was pretty good at tracking almost everything this week.
Made up for last week's gain.  :)

Good job! I have made an amazing discovery for eating out any time of day. . .IHOP! Seriously, they have these "simple and fit" selections that are so good! We eat there with the kids sometimes since they like the pancakes, and we get these yummy omelets that are 7-9 points and come with fresh fruit sides. They also have other "simple and fit" entrees.
