Labor Day Bike Ride

I started this beautiful Labor Day off by working at 8 in the morning. Luckily it was only a 2-hour shift, but, still, really? 8am on a holiday, let alone Labor Day.

Anyway, I got off work at 10 and met up with Ashley so we could go on a bike ride to Utah Lake. I guess it's a tradition for us to go on holidays (if you will recall, we went on Pioneer Day, too).

It was a really, really nice day. And I had such a good time catching up with Ashley. We biked to the end of the trail, then sat at a picnic table and shared a grapefruit and had a nice, long talk. SUCH a pretty day, too! Ahhh..

Well here are some pictures from our excursion. (Ok, there are really a LOT, lol).

Crooked :)

Awesome view of Utah Valley all the way to the Y on the Mountain (see that white dot?)

I used my roommate, Christine's, bike because mine's in the shop.
I'm pretty much in love with her bike-- it rides so nice!
